Updated 9th January 2022
As the UK comes out of restrictions, we can confirm that we will still be holding COVID-19 measures in place at the club to help minimise transmission. These will be reviewed regularly in line with case numbers.
British Gymnastics and the Government have issued guidelines to assist us in maintaining a healthy and safe environment and as a club we will be following these guidelines. We ask that you assist us wherever possible to reduce the chance of transmission, and another closure.
We wish to remind everyone that no matter how diligent we all are, there will always be an element of risk and to reduce this, we require all members to adhere to the following restrictions until further notice:
If you, a child, family members or any associated are at all unwell we ask that you PLEASE STAY AT HOME.
We will be taking temperature checks on each gymnast as they enter the Gym, where the Gymnasts temperature is 38 degrees or above we will be asking the gymnasts to leave and return home.
Follow the one way system that has been set out.
Gymnasts are required to arrive ready to train. Use of changing facilities will not be permitted.
Parents are asked to drop and go at the side entrance. (Turn left from the main entrance and follow left around the building to the large windows).
Hands will be sanitised as Gymnasts enter and exit the Gym.
Social distancing between everyone at all times will be carefully observed.
Listen to staff and coaches, if they ask you to do something, please follow their instructions.
We will be cleaning mats and equipment regularly to help ensure a clean environment.
For more information or if you have any questions please contact us at the club by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you for your cooperation at this difficult time.
