FREE OPEN DAY! - Sunday 1st September 2024

Our Open Day Event is a great opportunity to learn new gymnastics skills, meet our fantastic coaching team and learn something new! And it's completely FREE.

We are offering taster sessions for our Gymnastics For All and Adult Gymnastics programmes.

10:00am-10:45am - Gymnastics For All (Age 5+)

10:45am-11:30am - Adult Gymnastics

- No experience required.

- Open Day spaces are available to New Members only.

- Places are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

- If you have additional needs and would like to attend one of our Open Days, please email us.

- Advance booking only.

- All classes are led by British Gymnastics qualified coaches.

- Gymnasts should wear a leotard, or shorts and t-shirt and have bare feet.

- No jewellery allowed – this includes earrings of any kind.
