Catleaps Competition Routines

Stage 1 Routine

 

Floor Routine

  1. Forward roll to straddle sit

  2. V-Sit with hands (min 3 second hold)

  3. Back support (min 3 second hold) then Pike Sit

  4. Turn to tummy, Front Support (Min 3 second hold) walk legs back in

  5. Forward Roll, tucked to stand

  6. Jump Half Turn

  7. Straight Jump

  8. Cartwheel side to side or lunge

  9. With tucked legs, roll onto back, then rock forward to stand.

  10. Star Jump

Run, jump on board, straight jump, land.

Foundation Stage Routine

 

Floor Routine

  1. Forward roll to straddle sit

  2. Show Straddle shop (min 3 second hold)

  3. Show Pike shape (min 3 second hold)

  4. Show Tuck shape (min 3 second hold)

  5. With tucked legs, roll onto back, then rock forward to stand

  6. One-leg balance, free leg straight and knee at min 45 degrees (min 3 second hold)

  7. Straight Jump

  8. Hands to floor, Bunny Hop

  9. Repart Bunny Hop

  10. Star Jump
